Returns
Our return policy is 7 days.  You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method (excludes shipping).  You are responsible for return shipping fees.  For all orders with a free shipping a 10% restocking fee will apply.

We will process your return within 2 - 3 business days of receiving the item back. It may take your bank an additional 2 - 5 days to credit the funds back to your account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, hang tags attached, including if applicable, the cotton garment bag in which it was shipped to you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept return of products that are intimate, bathing suits / underwear.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  An approved refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days after its return, please contact us at:  sales@papillonmer.com

Sale items
Discounted or items purchased on sale are final and may not be refunded.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at sales@papillonmer.com and send your item intact, all tags attached, in its garment bag if applicable to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
